Every agent carries a defined role, a value hierarchy, and rules it honours under pressure — with escalation paths to a named human. Governance is the architecture, not a setting.

Figures are checked against the source before they are reported. Empty is never read as zero. When the data is incomplete, the answer says so — honestly, before the results.

Deployed inside your own Azure tenant with Entra ID sign-in. Your data stays on your storage, under your policies, inside the EU Data Boundary. Sovereignty is the point.

Built for the EU, not adapted to it

RS Data Agent is designed for European organisations operating under GDPR and the EU AI Act — compliance is part of the product, not an enterprise add-on.

  • EU data residency. Hosted tiers run on EU infrastructure; the Sovereign tier runs entirely inside your own Azure tenant, under your own data boundary.
  • GDPR deletion by design. Personal data is marked, identifiable, and removable — the right to erasure is an engineered flow, not a support ticket.
  • Your identity layer. Access is controlled by Microsoft Entra ID. Your conditional access, your MFA, your audit surface.
  • Transparent processing. A Data Processing Agreement is included from the Business tier, and our sub-processor list is public.
