Josh runs the engine room: infrastructure, deploys and the channels the agents talk through. When something has to work in production, it is him.
What Josh does
- Provisions and runs the Azure infrastructure behind the fleet.
- Builds the agents' channels — A2A, Teams and rooms.
- Watches operations and steps in when something is down.

Login opens once the identity door (Entra External ID) is provisioned — the design is settled, the tenant is on its way.
